This workshop will give you the practical tools to combat stress during your day-to-day. You will learn basic yoga poses and techniques that will focus on the neck, shoulders, back and hips. You will also be introduced to breath work and meditation that will leave you feeling level headed and thinking clearly.


Posture for a pain free workday 

Don't let your posture be a pain in the neck. Whether you are sitting, standing or moving around throughout the day, chances are you have experienced neck, shoulder or back pain during the workday. In this workshop, we will be examining common postural habits and looking at how to remedy them. Using relatable anatomy and common workday scenarios, you will learn how to create and maintain healthy and sustainable postural patterns.

In this workshop, we will use myofascial release balls to target the most common areas of strain for office workers.
